Team sport asks individuals to contribute to something shared. Different roles, personalities and cricketing backgrounds come together in the same dressing room and on the same field.
Our interest in team management sits in that collective space: the team as an organisation, a sporting identity and a group competing together.

NSG managed Vasteras United during the first Nordic Smash T20 Cricket League, held in Sweden from 15 to 20 June 2026. The campaign ended with United as the inaugural champions.
